WELCOME TO DOMAINE ST-JACQUES,
A VINEYARD FROM THE WARMEST REGION OF QUEBEC.

In the south of Quebec, between the St-Laurent River, the Richelieu River and the Champlain Lake, the Domaine St-Jacques takes advantage of the few weeks of additional warmth to fill its grapes with sugar. In seasonal thermal units, the vineyard compares itself with some regions like Burgundy in France and New Zealand, who both elaborate splendid products.

Add an almost maniac work on the vine to give it all the chances to reach its full potential and an immense pleasure to elaborate assemblages which fully emphasize what our different varietals bring us each year.

Sustained by persevering convictions and, with a little bit of chance, a sunny summer, we think we can win our bet to produce a generous wine here, in Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur.
